I can honestly say that having spent 30 years in Travel Technology, the last 6 years as part of CTM have been the most diverse and rewarding. In 2016 I was offered the new role of CTO for EMEA. Since the first day, I have enjoyed the full support of the regional and global management teams and together we have developed and deployed a wide range of exciting and leading-edge applications. - Chief Technology Officer -

I started with Chambers Travel in 2011 as a Fares & Ticketing agent. I then took a gap year to travel and live abroad for a few years. After my return, I was pleased to be welcomed back in 2014 when Chambers became CTM. I've had a great journey to see a small corporate travel firm become a global provider. I have had several roles during my time here and this has given me the opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge about the industry and how each department works. I currently manage a fantastic team within the Finance department for UK/Europe. I have enjoyed and appreciated CTM’s priorities, insights and culture. CTM are an innovative and dynamic team where everyone learns a lot from each other.

- Finance Administration Manager -

I have been in Business Travel for 26 years, working for only 2 companies. I joined Chambers Travel 15 years ago as a Supervisor. At first, I was apprehensive to join, but I got welcomed into a great environment and worked hard to play my part in progressing with the company. Over time I was a Team Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager and Head of Operations for London, where I was when we joined CTM. During the pandemic we lost a lot of colleagues, I was lucky to remain at CTM assisting with expatriation and quarantine projects to then receive a promotion as Operations Director. I love my job, with great people that make it a wonderful and fun place to work. When moving from Chambers to CTM the fear was always losing that independent personal touch, but we didn’t. It's fast-paced and hard work but, 15 years on I continue to work to the best of my ability and love what each day brings.

From taking a step away from travel due to the pandemic, I was eager to get back into the industry. My decision to pick CTM to further my journey as a Senior Business Travel Consultant has been one of my best yet! My colleagues and management have provided the best support to help me get back into it and utilise great technology to be as productive as possible. I have built strong relationships with clients and a goal of mine is to also strive to progress internally and further develop my career here at CTM.

- Senior Business Travel Consultant -

I joined CTM through an acquisition in 2020, initially working in the European marketing team. Since then I’ve moved into Global Product Marketing, working across regions with Sales, Marketing and Product teams in Australia, the US, UK and Asia to help us launch new products, build integrated campaigns and drive new business opportunities that cross borders. I’m incredibly lucky that my role gives me the chance to work with incredibly smart and driven people from all over the world. It’s a privilege to market industry-leading technology that makes business travel better for our customers. Every day is different with so many unique tech products like our Lightning online booking platform, mobile app, fare forecasting and data analytics tools that all require different marketing skills and tactics. CTM has a bright future in travel and I’m proud to be part of it.

- Global Head of Product Marketing -

I have been with CTM for just over 11 years. I started as a junior doing all the basic admin/bill-back queries. Due to all the support and training, I received over the years I managed to progress through different departments from Admin to Operations to Fares/ticketing. I am now the Fares and Ticketing specialist. My daily tasks include fare checking all long haul bookings to ensure the best fare is obtained, issuing tickets for all European offices as well as benchmarking quotes for prospective clients. I love working with my team because every day there is something new and exciting. I also get to pass on my knowledge I’ve learned over the years to the agents and help them progress in their careers. CTM are a great company to work for as you can progress from departments, and they have great employee benefits.
