Eleanor Noonan
Global Chief Operating Officer
Interim Chief Executive Officer UK
Eleanor Noonan joined CTM in August 2022 and holds the roles of Global Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer UK. She has held various senior executive roles within travel, government and financial services. Eleanor is commercially driven, values focused and passionate about leading high-performance teams to support a business growth agenda. Eleanor is skilled in developing and executing customer-centric business strategies, leading large-scale change initiatives, and achieving operational excellence. Eleanor holds a Master of Business and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Chris Montgomery
Chief Finance Officer
Chris Montgomery has recently taken on the role of Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at Corporate Travel Management (CTM), bringing a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years of experience holding several senior finance roles across facilities management, accommodation, and the travel sector.
Chris spent eight years as the Finance Director for a Facilities Management company. In 2013, he took on the position of Finance Director at Totalstay, a Bedbank provider offering B2B hotel services to the travel industry.
During his tenure at Totalstay, Chris played a pivotal role in navigating the company through a successful acquisition by Jac Travel in 2015. Chris continued his role as Finance Director until the acquisition was completed. In 2018 WebBeds, a global company based in Australia and listed on the ASX, acquired Jac Travel, marking a new chapter in Chris’s career, he continued as Finance Director at WebBeds until the end of 2023.
Chris is an ACCA certified Accountant.

Brian Sheerin
Chief Technology Officer
Brian Sheerin joined CTM in the role of Chief Technology Officer EMEA in early 2016 to drive the company’s technology innovation strategy from its UK-based Technology Hub.
Brian leads a large team of technology experts to design and deploy market-leading travel technologies which drive customer value and enhance the traveller experience.

Stuart Birkin
General Manager, London and Glasgow
Stuart Birkin has worked in the travel industry for over 20 years. With a short grounding in the leisure industry, Stuart’s commercial awareness soon led him into the business travel sector where he held key positions at three corporate travel companies including 10 years’ experience at Reed & MacKay as Director of Client Services.
In June 2012, Stuart joined Chambers Travel (now Corporate Travel Management) as Director of Account Management before moving to the role of Director of Strategic Client Partnerships where he oversaw CTM EMEA’s client retention strategy and EMEA Partner network.
As of 1st March 2023, Stuart Birkin has been appointed to the position of General Manager, Scotland.
Stuart has been a valued member of the senior team since 2012 and his appointment is an important enabler in creating the correct leadership structure as we continue to focus on service delivery and client retention.
In January 2024, Stuart Birkin assumed leadership responsibility for the CTM South region in addition to his existing responsibilities as General Manager for the Glasgow office.

Louise Hutchinson-Chambers
General Manager, CTM North
Louise joined CTM as Head of Account Management in 2016 to further strengthen Customer Delivery, Account Management and Implementation functions. Louise has since streamlined and standardised our Client Services function.
Louise has over 30 years of travel industry experience, which is as varied and extensive as her knowledge. Exceptional customer operational expertise, meticulous organisational skills and great attention to detail, all proving invaluable in her previous roles within tour operating, business travel and legal services. As a qualified Prince2 practitioner, she has led a number of high-profile projects, working extensively with Government clients.
In January 2023 Louise was promoted to General Manager, CTM North.

Mike Leeson
General Manager, CTM Meetings & Events
In his 14 years in events, Mike has worked in operational, commercial and senior management roles across sectors from youth engagement and brand experience to sports, corporate hospitality and incentive travel.
Having joined CTM Meetings & Events in 2014, he is now responsible for the general management and strategic direction of the CTM Meetings & Events Europe team, helping them to deliver ‘connected experiences’ to a diverse range of global clients.

Julian Mills
SVP Sales, EMEA
Julian Mills brings over 35 years of experience across the corporate, technology, and airline sectors, with a strong focus on strategic sales, marketing, and innovation within the travel industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles driving the development and delivery of technology-led travel solutions.
Since joining CTM, Julian has been responsible for shaping and executing the corporate sales strategy. He works closely with multinational organisations across procurement, finance, and travel functions to align CTM’s offering with the evolving needs of global travel programmes.

Penny Munn
Chief Partnerships Officer
Penny Munn has worked in the travel industry for more than 25 years and is now Chief Partnerships Officer, EMEA for Corporate Travel Management.
Penny previously held positions at Virgin Atlantic Airways and American Express Business Travel, before joining CTM in 2015.
Having built strong relationships with key suppliers, she is responsible for negotiating commercial contracts to deliver creative and innovative solutions for our customers.

Natasha Baynes
Global Head of Field & Partner Marketing
Natasha Baynes is CTM’s Global Head of Field & Partner Marketing, responsible for driving CTM’s global field, event and partner marketing strategy. With more than nine years’ experience in the travel industry and a strong understanding of CTM and its regional brands, Natasha brings strategic marketing expertise with a strong commercial focus.
Having joined CTM in 2016, Natasha has held a range of marketing roles. In her current role, she leads CTM’s global event strategy, partner marketing programmes and external awards, working closely with various teams and leadership to strengthen partnerships, generate pipeline and maximise commercial impact.
Natasha is passionate about creating memorable brand experiences, building high-value partnerships and developing scalable marketing programmes that drive growth and strengthen CTM’s position in the market.

Heba Soliman
Head of Legal
Heba joined CTM in February 2024 as Head of Legal, Europe. Heba is an experienced corporate and commercial solicitor with a strong background in commercial contracts, legal risk and mitigation, regulatory compliance and corporate structuring, with over 14 years of post-qualification experience.
She has previously held various In-House Counsel positions, focusing on commercial transactions and strategic legal solutions. Prior to this, she was a Senior Associate in the M&A department at Hogan Lovells, where she played a key role in high-value, cross-border transactions.
Heba holds a Bachelor of Laws and has been a qualified solicitor since March 2011.

Ana Pedersen
Managing Director
Group Chief Executive Officer
Ana Pedersen served as Global Chief Commercial Officer of Corporate Travel Management from October 2024, with executive responsibility for the Group’s global commercial strategy & revenue performance. Having served as CTM’s Acting Group CEO from February 2026, Ms Pedersen was appointed Managing Director & Group Chief Executive Officer in July 2026.
With more than 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across the global corporate travel and travel technology sectors, Ms Pedersen has a proven track record of delivering commercial growth, leading global client programs, and developing high-performing commercial strategies for multinational organisations.

James Spence
Group Chief Financial Officer
James Spence joined CTM in May 2024 as Global Chief Financial Officer. James has more than 15 years’ experience as CFO of international businesses primarily in energy and software sectors, and has operated across Australasia, North America and Europe throughout his 30+ year career. James brings broad-based financial experience across all the main disciplines within finance include strategy, risk, treasury, accounting, M&A, capital markets, investor relations and commercial decision-making with extensive board level, team leadership and public markets experience. James holds a Bachelor of Science – Economics & Politics and is a Chartered Accountant.

Ivana Kovacevic
Group Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary
Ivana Kovacevic joined CTM in August 2026 as Group Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary.
A multi-award-winning legal executive and recognised GC Powerlist leader, Ivana brings more than 25 years of experience advising global organisations on complex legal, governance and commercial matters. She has extensive international experience across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, crisis management and business transformation, and is known for building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement through modern, efficient legal operations.
Prior to joining CTM, Ivana served as General Counsel for highly regulated ASX-listed multinational companies, including more than a decade of ASX Top 20 experience. She also practised at leading top-tier law firms in Australia, advising across a broad range of strategic and commercial matters.
Ivana holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Advanced Science and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford.

Nupur Bhushan
Group Chief People Officer
Nupur Bhushan is Group Chief People Officer of Corporate Travel Management (CTM). She joined CTM in June 2026, partnering closely with the Group CEO and Board on governance, workforce and remuneration matters, and stakeholder engagement through a period of significant organisational complexity for the Group.
Nupur has more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership roles across the healthcare and technology sectors. She previously served as Global Chief People Officer at ResMed before moving into the role of CEO, ANZ. Prior to CTM, she held interim Chief People Officer appointments in the technology and financial services sectors, guiding organisations through significant periods of transformation. Earlier in her career, Nupur held a range of senior HR leadership roles at IBM across Australia, and Asia Pacific.
Nupur is a Non-Executive Director of the HR and Strategy Committee at The Sanctuary (The Hills Women’s Shelter) and previously served as Trustee Board Director for the IBM Australia Superannuation Fund. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry from the University of Delhi and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Ewen Crouch AM

Ewen Crouch was a Partner at Allens from 1988-2013. He served as a member of the firm’s board for 11 years, including 4 years as Chairman of Partners. His other roles at Allens included Co-Head Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets from 2004-2010, Executive Partner – Asian Offices from 1999- 2004, and Deputy Managing Partner from 1993 – 1996. He was a Director of Mission Australia from 1995, including as Chairman from 2009, until retiring in November 2016, and served as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of AnteoTech Limited from 2022 – 2025.
Mr Crouch is a Non-Executive Director of BlueScope Steel Limited (since March 2013) and a Director of Jawun (since September 2015). He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and served as a member of the Takeovers Panel from 2010-2015, as a member of the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal from 2015-2019, as a Director of Sydney Symphony Orchestra from 2009- 2020 and as a Non-Executive Director of Westpac Banking Corporation from 2013 to 2019.

Jon Brett
Independent Non-Executive Director

Jon Brett was formerly an Executive Director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity Limited, and an executive of Investec Bank (Australia) Limited. He was previously the CEO of Techway Limited which pioneered internet banking in Australia. Jon brings extensive strategic, board and management experience to CTM, particularly in the areas of finance and corporate advisory.
Jon is currently a Non-Executive Director of Raiz Invest Limited (since November 2023). His former directorships include Godfreys Group Limited, The Pas Group Limited, Infomedia Limited, President of the NRMA and Vocus Group Limited since its listing on the ASX

Sophie Mitchell
Independent Non-Executive Director

Sophie Mitchell has over 30 years of corporate advisory, capital markets and equity research experience. She retired from Morgans in June 2019 after over a decade as Executive Director in Morgans Corporate and, prior to this, she was Morgans’ Head of Research.
Sophie is currently concentrating on her Board roles and is a Non-Executive Director of Firstmac Limited (since November 2022), NZX-listed Tourism Holdings Limited (since December 2022), Myer Family Investments Limited (since December 2020), Morgans Holdings (Australia) Limited (since March 2018) and the Morgans Foundation Limited. She was Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited from 2016-2022, a Non-Executive Director of Flagship Investments Limited from 2008-2021, a board member of the Australia Council for the Arts, and a member of the Takeovers Panel between 2009 and 2018.

Marissa Peterson
Independent Non-Executive Director

Marissa Peterson is President and CEO of Mission Peak Executive Consulting, a Silicon Valley leadership coaching business, and currently serves on the Board of US Based company Employee Owned Brands. She is based in the United States and brings extensive experience in governance, technology and digital transformation, and executive development.
Mrs Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Honorary Doctorate in Management from Kettering University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mrs Peterson’s extensive board experience includes past roles as Chairman of global optical communications solutions company, Oclaro, between 2013 and 2018, and as a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Ansell, from 2006 to 2021. She has also been a Director of a range of US-based companies including Humana, Supervalu, Children’s Hospital of Stanford, Quantros, Covisint, and was a Board Trustee of Kettering University.
