

New York FAM trip hosted by British Airways and Minor Hotels
Recently, some of our UK team were invited on a FAM trip to New York City, jointly hosted by British Airways and Minor Hotels. It was an incredible experience from start to finish and we were delighted to enjoy fantastic service from two of our supplier partners.

British Airways Club World (business) cabin experience
The British Airways Departure Lounges were excellent at both Heathrow Terminal 5 and New York JFK Terminal 8. With five premium lounges in London Heathrow and three in New York JFK, comfort is guaranteed for business travellers at both ends of their journey.
Our team were very impressed by the new long-haul business class cabins onboard the flight too, which feature a spacious seat that converts to a fully flat bed, delicious food and drinks made using fresh local ingredients, luxury bedding and amenity kit, in-flight entertainment, and access to in-seat power.

Hotel NH Collection New York Madison Avenue
After arriving in New York, our team enjoyed a comfortable stay at Hotel NH Collection New York Madison Avenue. Based in the heart of the city within a 100-year-old building, the hotel is centrally located within walking distance from Grand Central Station, Times Square, the Empire State Building and the Theatre District.
The hotel reopened in 2021 after a full renovation, which introduced cutting-edge interior design which paid homage to Madison Avenue’s golden age of advertising. The 288 rooms are warm and inviting, equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, Chromecast TV, high-speed wifi, and city skyline views available from many of the rooms. There is also a 24/7 onsite gym, a new stylish bar & lounge, a contemporary Italian restaurant, and a spacious lobby with space for working.
